I started my career in employee relations and operational HR, working in structured, high-stakes environments where I learned quickly that systems matter. Not because they're tidy, but because they create space for people to do their best work.
Recently, I got to prove it at scale. I designed and launched an AI-powered career growth system for 25,000+ employees, built to make development visible, actionable, and woven into the flow of everyday work. It was one of the most complex, rewarding things I've ever built, and it confirmed everything I believe about what great people systems can do.
Today I bring that same thinking to organizations navigating transformation and to individuals who want to operate with that same clarity in their own lives. The audiences are different. The principles are the same.
